We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Returns
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the order. Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Personalized products
- Final sale items
- Products showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
